  1. •Cancellation Policy: Full Payment for session is due if less than 24 hours notice of cancellation is given

• Cash or check preferred. Credit cards accepted by most Instructors. Please inquire.

• Ask instructors regarding further bulk packages.

Beginning Mat Class:

Saturdays 8:45-9:45 AM

Intermediate Mat Class:

Wednesdays 9:00-9:50 AM

Mixed Level Mat Class:

Thursdays 9:00-9:50 AM
